The Bon Secours Senior Health Program offers seniors a way to socialize, stay health, keep fit and have fun.

The Bon Secours Senior Health membership program is open to all Virginia residents who are over 55 years of age. The program offers privileges and activities and it is free.  It is a one stop shop for wellness activities and education programming in Hampton Roads.

Membership may offer exercise programs;  walking (at local mall); trips and outings; free health screenings; transportation service to a medical appointment and resource library and educational programs.  Free Notary service, subscription to the GoodHealth magazine. SeniorFest is an annual health fair.
