Arlington Mill Senior Center

Arlington County has 6 senior centers spread throughout the County which promote friendship and socialization among participants. The Centers also provide a wide range of programs of interest to individuals over the age of 55 including health and wellness, nutrition, exercises, educational programs, classes, dancing, holiday functions, assistance with taxes. This center offers the congregate meal program for those over the age of 60.



Participants are encouraged to apply for a 55+ pass at a cost of $20/year for an Arlington resident, $30/year for a resident household, $45/year for a non-resident, $65/year for a non-resident household. Arlington County maintains five Senior Centers that offer a wide variety of programs and services. Senior Center activities can include exercise and sports, trips, social events, classes and guest speakers, discussion groups and clubs, games, crafts, music and more.
