Seatack Senior Center, Forever Young Senior Center

Seatack Recreation Center is a Forever Young Senior Center and offers recreational services and activities for the senior residents in the Virginia Beach area Monday through Friday from 10am until 1pm. A Center provides a gathering place for older adults who are 55 and up to socialize and participate in special events, games, exercise, as well as trips and local excursions.



Lunch is available to adults age 60 and above. An intake form must be completed and lunch should be ordered on a weekly basis. A donation is requested for lunch.



Transportation is provided on a limited basis. In addition to recreation services, art appreciation, etc., the center sponsors lectures and discussions by outside agencies such as the library, American Heart Association, etc. Other services include a senior citizen square dance club, bowling and shuffleboard, and travel club.
