These videos were supported in part by the Geriatric Training and Education initiative of the Virginia General Assembly. In 2023, the Commonwealth Council on Aging was awarded a Geriatric Training and Education (GTE) grant from the Virginia Center on Aging (VCoA) at VCU to develop five microlearning videos on older adult malnutrition and food insecurity and the services and programs that can help address those issues.
