Who We Are

Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC) now offers a microtransit service for those areas that do not support a traditional fixed route service.  LINK is a zone-based on-demand service. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible.

Use the GRTC On the Go app.  Call to request a ride between any two places within a designated zone. After being matched with a LINK van that is available, a GRTC Operator will pick you up and drive you to the designated drop-off point.  Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
