Who We Are
Sapphire Dementia Partners offers education and consultation services to people living with dementia, their caregivers, and the organizations and businesses that support them. They are founded on the principles of Positive Approach to Care, and will help you navigate the journey with dementia.
They want to empower people to understand brain change, build skills, and become competent and confident in supporting people living with dementia. They provide educational sessions to individuals, families, professionals, academics, and organizations tailored to your needs.
They also provide comprehensive and individualized services in-person, by phone, or virtually.
