Who We Are
The Summit provides a continuing care retirement community (a LIfeCare community or CCRC) that offers skilled nursing care to residents as part of its continuum of care services. As health circumstances change, residents move between their cottage or apartment residences, Assisted Living, and Licensed Nursing Care. Short-term nursing care may be allowed to community residents if space is available.
