Accessible Transportation, Non-Emergency Medical and to Center

Giles Health Center and Family Center may provide transportation to and from the Center.  Non-emergency medical transportation is also available to the public.

Accessible non-emergency medical transportation is available for residents in Giles and Pulaski County. Rates are based on mileage to and from the client’s home and destination and whether the rider requires a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. 

As a Medicaid provider in the area, Giles Health and Family Center can provide transportation to and from the center and to doctor’s appointments.  Medicaid and private payments, including Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards, are accepted.
