Spectrum Physical Therapy has a Fitness Center in Palmyra. You can call or use the "Request an Appointment" button on the website. One of the patient coordinators will respond quickly to your request and confirm your appointment time at the clinic. They will accept you with or without a prescription from your doctor. 

The programs and benefits include personal training, walking track, access to blood pressure monitoring, range of motion training, strength training, a wellness room, saunas, and more.
