Valley Program for Aging Services (VPAS) has a Meals on Wheels program that provides nutritious, freshly prepared meals delivered to the home up to 5 days a week to individuals 60 years and older who meet eligibility requirements. Where frequent delivery is not possible, frozen, microwavable meals are delivered monthly.
