No matter what kind of support a care recipient needs, Caring for You, Caring for Me (CFYCFM) helps caregivers take better care of themselves, collaborate effectively with professional caregivers, and be the best advocate possible for their loved ones. In particular, the program is designed to help unpaid family caregivers and professional caregivers come together to share ideas and gain a better understanding of each other’s perspectives.
The Caring for You, Caring for Me program provides education and support to caregivers over a series of five weekly sessions.
