Who We Are

The Community Feeding Taskforce was created to address food insecurity in Manassas, Manassas Park, and Prince William County. Part of this task force is a Food Helpline which is available to anyone facing food insecurity who lives in these three jurisdictions. People can call this helpline at 703-794-4668 on Mondays or Wednesdays 10 am - 3 pm to request help with food.

They are partnered with 45 local nonprofits and food pantries so they can refer callers to a food pantry closest to where they live. Senior citizens automatically qualify for home food delivery which is done through two local nonprofits in the area. This is free to everyone, and there are no income qualifications needed. No personal shopping trips, but the nonprofits will assemble food packages and honor any special dietary needs someone may have.

They also have bilingual volunteers on board to help with Spanish-speaking callers.
