Housing Opportunities Made Easy (HOME) offers a Foreclosure Prevention Service for homeowners.   

HOME works with lenders throughout the country to try and keep you from losing your home. Most lenders rely on our recommendation that you are willing to do what is necessary to bring your loan current. Counselors at HOME help you identify your options, and create a plan that your lender might agree to.

Sometimes, the threat of foreclosure becomes a reality. We’ll help you to plan your next steps, ensuring that you’re in the best position to buy your next home when your situation improves.
