Spotsylvania Emergency Concerns Association is an all volunteer group which provides emergency relief for the residents of Spotsylvania County. One program may be able to help eligible residents of Spotsylvania with paying for kerosene or oil or other necessary services. Assistance is available as long as funds are available. Applications are accepted from November through the end of March.
Clients are referred by the Department of Social Services, churches, schools, and other organizations. SECA also helps pack and distribute baskets at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
