Who We Are
GRTC offers a Travel Training Service that can provide individuals, 15 years of age and older, the opportunity to learn skills to enable them to follow a GRTC bus route. The training teaches individuals how to ride public transportation safely and independently. Instructors create travel plans to show the person how to use fixed-route transportation. The training is free, except for the bus fare.
Training services include basic bus orientation, mobility device instructions, and one on one training for specific trip destinations or for individuals with disabilities or senior citizens.
