Who We Are

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care of Chesterfield County offers in home companion services. Services can include socialization, conversation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, running errands, grocery shopping, preparing light meals, laundry and more.

Alzheimer's and dementia care caregivers are trained to provide a customized dementia care program that is unique and allows seniors to live safely and successfully in their home.  The following are available: 

  • Wanter prevention
  • Nutritious meal preparation
  • Transportation
  •  Walking assistance
