Holly Court income-based apartments are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Kilmarnock, Virginia, close to shopping, grocery stores and the Rappahannock General Hospital. These one-bedroom/one-bath apartments cater to seniors age 62 and older. and 529 sq. ft. each. Water, sewer and sanitation are included in rent. Amenities include large community room, laundry facilities and picnic tables.
Holly Court provides free residential service programs that promote self-sufficiency, skill-building, and healthy living. Residents can participate in a variety of daily social and recreational activities such as holiday parties, bingo games and craft projects.
