Who We Are
The CapTel is a captioned telephone designed for individuals with hearing loss. It is a part of a fully government and ADA funded program. The CapTel works like any other telephone and has one other additon, it displays every word the caller says throughout the conversation.
An outreach specialist personally delivers the device, installs it, provides an eduation and test-call session and the device is registered and owned by the user.
The CapTel is a change-maker for those who have difficulty hearing on the telephone.

Anyone with hearing loss and signature of a professional (audiologist, hearing aid specialist, family doctor) on a third party certification form.
