Who We Are

CARE customers can benefit from a program with greater flexibility in meeting mobility needs. "CARE On-Demand" enables CARE customers the ability to utilize a same-day, direct, non-stop trip. CARE On-Demand is an optional program open to CARE customers; CARE customers do not have to use CARE On-Demand. 

Schedule your trip at least two hours in advance. Trips can also be scheduled farther in advance with greater flexibility. A CARE ID number is required for booking and a CARE ID card when riding.

CARE customers use UZURV.  Learn about CARE On-Demand 

Customer Benefits include direct, nonstop service, same-day reservation service, a favorite driver can be requested, and more.

Intake Process
Visit the website for information; call for information. CARE Customers can book on-demand trips via UZURV or regular paratransit services from CARE and CARE Plus. For assistance, call 804-782-CARE (2273).
C-VAN customers are not eligible for CARE On-Demand.
