Who We Are
Fassity Home Care offers skilled nursing care in your home. Skilled nursing is provided by an RN or LPN under the direction of a licensed physician. Services can include, but are not limited to, the following: evaluation of client needs; performance of skilled nursing procedures; education of client and family members and caregivers on disease processes; self care techniques and prevention strategies; wound care; medication management; vital signs monitoring; diabetic management; IV therapy; pain management and more.
Therapy services can be offered in your home, including physical, occupational and speech.
