Shepherd's Center of Northern (SCNOVA) offers a Smart Driver Class. This class is a refresher course geared for drivers age 50 and older, facilitated by an AARP trained volunteer instructor. The class is held twice a year. You will learn the current rules of the road, defensive driving techniques and how to operate your vehicle more safely in today's increasingly challenging driving environment. Upon completion of the course, you may be eligible for a discount on your automobile insurance policy.
