Memory Care Assisted Living, The Village

Maimonides Health Center, formerly The Terrace at Beth Sholom is licensed as A self-contained safe, secure environment for individuals with serious cognitive impairments due to a primary psychiatric diagnosis of dementia who cannot recognize danger or protect their safety and welfare.

The Village provides assisted living services and specialized care.  Transportation services are available to residents so they can continue to get out and be active, get to appointments, and remain independent and safe.

 Licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are on duty around the clock. The Village is situated in a campus setting surrounded by trees and landscaped gardens. 

The capacity for assisted living and memory care is 84 residents.
