Who We Are
Nova Health and Rehab Center offers 24 hour skilled nursing care with 90 beds. Skilled medical services, utilizing a resident focused team approach, are suitable for residents who may have suffered from prolonged acute or chronic illness. Skilled medical services can include treatment for lymphedema, wound care, IV antibiotics/fluids, enteral feeding, cardiac recovery, pain management, post-surgical care, disease maintenance, neuro/stroke care and more.
Other services include short term rehab, occupational, physical and speech therapy, medication management, and respite care.
