Who We Are
South Home Health Care provides non medical care to older adults and individuals with a disability. Services can include personal care, companion care and respite care.
Services include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with activities of daily living;
- Medication reminders (times and doses);
- Fall prevention;
- Preparing meals;
- Performing light housekeeping;
- Organizing and keeping correspondence;
- Companionship;
- Assistance with bathing and grooming.
All caregivers are certified, insured and fully bonded. Live in care is available, as well as hourly care.
