enCircle offers Geriatric Support Services. Geriatric Care Management Services is available for families caring for an older adult. Care managers are skilled professionals who specialize in helping older adults and individuals with disabilities make wise decisions in partnership with their caregivers while affirming the adult’s dignity and worth. A care manager can do as much or as little as the caregiver needs – from referring you to services in your area to the assessment and total care plan.
