District Three Public Transit provides rides for non-emergency medical services to older adults aged 60 and older. Mountain Lynx Transit provides transportation to doctors’ offices, hospitals, dentists, and other medical facilities at times or locations not served by existing public transit routes. Riders are picked up at their homes.
Trips are provided in air-conditioned, heated, and safe vehicles driven by trained, professional drivers. Qualifying seniors age 60 and older are eligible to use this service. There are some limitations on the areas we serve and service is limited in capacity.

Intake Process
Call or email for information. An application form must be completed in advance and at least two weeks advance notice is required for each trip. A Care Manager will do an assessment to see if you meet eligibility. Rides must be requested at least 10 business days in advance. Availability of drivers is limited so there is no guarantee a ride can be provided
