Who We Are
Project Horizon realizes people with disabilities can be a very vulnerable population, targeted by perpetrators of violence. Project Horizon has developed a program specifically for meeting the needs of survivors with disabilities. We are dedicated to education and awareness of adult abuse and elder abuse. Staff provides outreach education programs free of charge to the local community, civic organizations, faith communities, service providers and more.
