Care Manager, Independent Living Services

Intrepid USA Healthcare Services in Chester offers care management services.  Our Independent Living Services (ILS) promote dignity and self-reliance through a maximum level of independence. Our staff coordinate services with other programs the client is receiving and communicate regularly with case managers, families and other professionals involved with the client. We offer a wide range of services and programs that are individualized and effective.



Services include:

Review referrals and develop a staffing plan within 24 hours

Begin services within two weeks of referral

Offer social workers, registered dietitians, occupational and physical therapists, and special education

Other services include nutritional management, household management, homemaker, personal care management, healthcare management and more
