Senior Apartments

Parham Park Place I and II offers one and two-bedroom apartments for seniors age 55 and older. Apartment amenities include individually controlled central heat and air-conditioning, a monitored 24-hour emergency pull cord system in bedrooms and bathrooms, deadbolt locks, peepholes, smoke detectors, and a heat-activated sprinkler system. All units feature a patio or balcony and are barrier-free. Laundry facility on each floor. Barber and beauty salon on premises. Social and recreational activities. Pet must be approved in writing. Some transportation for scheduled trips is provided for residents. 

The Parham Park Place Seniors Apartment Homes participates in the Federal Tax Credit Program as administered by Virginia Housing Development Authority in order to provide affordable rents to households with incomes, which are in a pre-determined range. This benefit allows us to offer apartment homes at affordable rates.
