Food assistance is provided through a weekend feeding program, a food referral system, vouchers, and a clearinghouse for local agencies. The weekend feeding program consists of a mid-day meal on Saturday and Sunday in partnership with OASIS Ministries (Soup Kitchen).
Meals are provided by volunteer groups from area churches and community organizations. Meals are served at Oasis, 800 Williamsburg Ave, Portsmouth, 23704 (except when served at St. James Episcopal Church in Portsmouth.)
