Who We Are
One on One Care is licensed by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services to provide long-term personal care to Cardinal Care Medicaid-eligible recipients. Cardinal Care Medicaid waivers allow qualified individuals to receive care services in their homes rather than being placed in a nursing facility. To qualify for a Cardinal Care Medicaid waiver in Virginia, you must meet a list of eligibility requirements. One on One Care is a provider of several types of waivers. Call for more information.
One on One Care provides hands-on personal care including assistance with bathing, dressing and continence care, ambulation and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping and errands, transportation, and friendly companionship. RN-supervised employees are Nursing Assistants (Nurse Aides and Home Health Aides). Caregivers are bonded and insured.
