Who We Are
The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is a program designed to assist adults in obtaining a GED and/or a college degree. Staff helps with college or vocational school enrollment, helps in determining educational goals, academic assistance, completion of financial aid applications and career exploration.
To obtain an application and schedule an appointment with an advisor, you may either contact the office at 423-392-8043 (collect calls are accepted) or Email Debbie Stuck. The application forms can be downloaded from the website. All three forms must be completed before any services can be provided. The applications should be mailed to EOC.
