Alzheimer's Association Local Resources and Referrals

The Alzheimer's Association maintains updated information for your local area on home care, adult day care, care coordination, assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, eldercare lawyers and transportation available in the community.  The staff and trained professionals can help assess whether a specific provider meets the needs of an individual with Alzheimer's.  The Community Resource Finder is an AA tool available on the website to search for Programs and Events, Housing Options, Care at Home, Medical Services and Community Services.
