Hampton Roads Community Health Center (HRCHC) offers a service that helps patients obtain medications through Pharmaceutical Company Patient Assistance Programs. This is done on a case by case basis usually after a patient is referred by his or her physician. Each pharmaceutical company has its own requirements and applications. Once these are submitted, the final decision to donate is up to the pharmaceutical company.
Enrollment in the 340B program is available to all HRCHC patients. There is no cost to enroll.
