Who We Are
Star Transit provides a local fixed-route and bus service for the Eastern Shore of Virginia. For fares, routes, schedules, and the closest bus stop near you call the information representative at 757-787-8322 or check the online schedules. Fare is due when boarding the bus. An exact change is required.
Star Transit will deviate up to 3/4 of a mile from its fixed route to pick up qualified ADA passengers. You must call 24 hours in advance to schedule this special service. The deviation fare is $ 1.00.
Star Transit has external bicycle racks to accommodate bicyclists who need to use the bus. You must receive permission to use the bicycle rack from the driver prior to mounting your bicycle.
