Dental Care for Uninsured

Bland Ministry Dental Clinic offers dental care to adults.  The dental clinic program offers free preventative and restorative dental care. The clinic is staffed primarily by volunteer dentists who can perform a range of tasks including but not limited to fillings, extractions, cleanings, and denture services. There is a waiting list for services.  Today, through generous foundation support and a partnership with Bland County Medical Clinic, we have a modern three chair clinic and a denture lab in Bland and a five chair clinic in Wytheville operating as Big Walker Dentistry.  

Any person interested in receiving services may contact the Bland office at 276-688-4711 or Big Walker Dentistry at 276-228-4711.  The clinics accept Medicaid insurance or offer a sliding-scale fee schedule.

Service area: Southwest Virginia and southern West Virginia, including but not limited to: Bland, Carroll, Giles, Grayson, Smyth, Tazewell in VA and Mercer in WV.
