Who We Are

The City of Fairfax City-University Energysaver (CUE) bus system provides regularly scheduled low-cost transportation services. The Cue is operated by the City of Fairfax in conjunction with George Mason University.  The CUE Bus system provides low-cost transit service within the City, including transportation to and from the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metrorail Station and the GMU Fairfax campus. CUE Buses operate seven days a week according to a published schedule. All CUE buses are handicap-accessible.  Additional information is available online at Cue Bus.

Senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and students attending City of Fairfax schools (Elementary through High School) are eligible to ride at no cost.  Please note: Beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020, CUE customers will be required to enter and exit the bus using the rear doors. This does not apply to customers who need to use a wheelchair ramp.
