Assisted Living, The Village

The Village at  Maimonides Health Center, formerly Beth Sholom Village, provides assisted living services and specialized care. The capacity of 84 includes assisted living apartments and memory enhancement beds. Non-ambulatory residents accepted.

Maimonides is licensed as a self-contained safe, secure environment for individuals with serious cognitive impairments due to a primary psychiatric diagnosis of dementia who cannot recognize danger or protect their safety and welfare.

Transportation services are available to residents so they can continue to get out and be active, get to appointments, and remain independent and safe. Licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are on duty around the clock.
