Who We Are

Jewish Family Service of Tidewater offers diversified home care services to individuals and families. Skilled services (nursing, medical social work, PT, OT, psychiatric nursing, speech therapy) are available for home bound patients when ordered by a physician.  Services can include complete physical assessment, pain management, wound care, disease management and education, intravenous therapies and medication management, psychiatric nursing, comprehensive care of post surgical patients and more.



 Private duty nursing and personal care services are offered on a full time or intermittent basis.



For older adults, this program links with other Jewish Family Services (JFS) older adult service programs as part of a continuum of care. A registered nurse is on call 24 hours a day.
