Non-Emergency and Emergency Ambulance Service

Medical Transport provides ambulance medical transportation to patients and facilities. The levels of service include:

• Basic Life Support - for patients requiring services such as first aid, oxygen administration, treatment of shock, vital sign monitoring, and routine interventions.
• Advanced Life Support - for patients requiring a level of care beyond that of an EMT-Basic during transport, such as, manual defibrillation/cardioversion or other ACLS interventions, endotracheal intubation,  maintenance of a central venous line, or require medication administration during transport.
• Specialty Care Transport - for patients who are critically injured or ill.  Specialty care is necessary when a patient’s condition requires ongoing care that must be furnished by one or more Paramedics with additional training.

Medical Transport, LLC is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation Ambulance Services (CAAS).

Their offices are located in the following areas: Virginia Beach, Hampton/Newport News, Williamsburg, Western Tidewater, Petersburg, Charlottesville, Christiansburg, Richmond, and the Northern Virginia Regions.
