ElderOptions offers geriatric case management program. Ms. LaBier is a geriatric social worker. She specializes in assisting clients to remain in their own home with supportive services. Arranges and coordinates the appropriate home services, including assistance with correspondence; reading mail and bills; setting up transportation; planning recreational activities; providing nutritional guidance; home, auto, and yard maintenance, scheduling and monitoring medical appointments, assistance with insurance claims, arranging community resources, consulting with family member, assistance with housing placement, planning for travel arrangements and assistance with moving and packing.
