Who We Are
Summerhill at Stony Point offers retirement condominiums for independent living. One, two and three bedroom cottages are offered. The location is within walking distance of a full service shopping center with a grocery store, bank, restaurants, hairstyling, card shop, travel agency, etc.
This is a neighborhood where you own your own home and where someone else takes care of the yard. The clustered condominiums feature a 24-hour security guard and a lodge that overlooks the lake. In addition to health and monitoring program, we also have a nurse on duty Monday-Friday and a 24-hour emergency call system in every home.
Services provided include: transportation to social, recreational and medical appointments, on site dining, condo maintenance, 24 hr building and grounds security, water and sewage, activities, exercise, use of the clubhouse, and a Registered Nurse on staff 40 hours per week. Summerhill is an affiliate of the Bon Secours Richmond Health System.
