Who We Are
Virginia Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (VICAP) is a free counseling program for individuals age 60 and older and their families. VICAP helps them to understand Medicare,Medicaid and Long Term Care Insurance. Assistance in choosing a Medicare Supplement Insurance or Medigap policy is also provided. Counseling can be provided by telephone or in person.
The program will also assist eligible clients sorting through complicated medical bills. Email address for information is info@raaa16.org.
