Volunteers are critical to the Alzheimer's Association's ability to provide needed information and support to the families of those who have Alzheimer's disease.
The Alzheimer's Association Southeastern Virginia Chapter has several openings for volunteers with special skills in certain areas. Below are a few of these exciting opportunities:
- Helpline Specialist
- Office Support Specialist
- Community Resource Specialist
- Support Group Facilitator or Co-Facilitator
- YAAA! (Young Adults for Alzheimer's Awareness)
- "Day-of" Special Events Support
- Special Events Planning Committee - (several walk sites)
