Who We Are
Holly Manor at The Woodland provides 24-hour skilled nursing care. Private and semi-private rooms are available. Sixty-two of Holly Manor's one hundred fifteen beds are skilled beds (Medicare approved). Residents enjoy individualized dining services, provided in partnership with Morrison's Senior Dining, specifically designed to meet the needs identified by his or her primary care physician.
Our nursing team is composed of qualified registered nurses (RN), licensed practical nurses (LPN), and certified nursing assistants (CNA), all of whom work together to ensure that the needs of each resident of Holly Manor are met.
