Who We Are
Norfolk Urban Outreach Ministry (NUOM) provides a discretionary fund (financial assistance) to eligible individuals for prescriptions, transportation, medical transportation for children, medical care and housing, as long as funds are available.
This program is used to provide for needs that other programs may not support. This program may be able to supplement resources from churches or other organizations.
