Who We Are
Jewish Family Services (JFS) provides high-quality case management for adults of all faiths, in the greater Richmond area.
Our Care Management team of professionals' support older adults and individuals with disabilities to achieve independence through a client-centered care plan. Services include:
- Client advocacy coordinating communication and logistics between physicians, attorneys, accountants, insurers and other service providers
- Serving as a liaison for a family--both local and from a distance
- Participating in medical appointments and advocating for each individual
- Assisting with living transitions including retirement communities, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities
- Providing bill paying and budgeting through our Daily Money Management Program
- Household upkeep including coordination of pet care, yard services, home safety modifications, and repairs
- Assuming the role of power of attorney, or advance medical directive agent
