Kroontje Health Care Center

The Wybe and Maritje Kroontje Health Care Center, part of the full continuum of care offered at Warm Hearth Village, provides skilled nursing care and long term nursing care at the non-profit senior living community. The capacity is 60 beds. 



The Kroontje Health Care Center provides a caring, home-like environment for seniors who need 24-hour nursing care in the Cove. The Cove offers private, deluxe semi-private, and semi-private rooms in a beautiful home-like setting. Caring staff includes registered nurses, certified nurse aides, licensed practical nurses, registered dietitians, and occupational, speech, and physical therapists to meet the needs of residents. Transportation is provided to social, recreational, and medical appointments; pharmaceuticals are delivered; hairstylists and support groups are available. Family members may join the residents in the dining room for restaurant-style dining. Collaborative agreement in place with the Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. Waiting period possible; no application fee and priority access to future health care.
