Who We Are
The Kroontje Health Care Center is part of Warm Hearth Village, a non-profit senior living community in Blacksburg, Virginia. Assisted Living Level 2, the Willows, is for residents who require assistance with four or more activities of daily living but who are not quite ready for long-term nursing care.
Residents enjoy Village services such as transportation, beauty/barber shop, planned activities, on-site therapies, priority access to future health care services, and more.
