Loudoun County Home Repair and Accessibility Grant is available countywide to elderly and/or disabled homeowners who are in need of emergency repairs and/or accessibility items. It is part of the Loudoun County Home Improvement Program.
Home Improvement Programs - Offers programs to preserve and rehabilitate existing affordable housing. Available to county residents with low and moderate incomes who are homeowners. Loans are awarded on credit worthiness. The loans have a ten year term and may be forgivable and/or interest free.
Eastern Loudoun Revitalization Program - provides funds to renovate the primary resident of low-to-moderate income homeowner in Eastern Loudoun County.
The Christmas in April program is a non-profit program that rehabilitates homes of low income, elderly and/or disabled persons. Information may be obtained by calling the Area Agency on Aging at 703-777-0257, or Christmas in April - Loudoun County at 703-777-7186.
Loudoun County Housing Services is a Department of Loudoun County Family Services. Usually can provide a Spanish interpreter.
